Our fees are calculated on a sliding scale basis, with rates based both on the size of the organization and whether the client is a non-profit or government agency. Generally a single project fee is negotiated in advance based on the anticipated number of hours to be spent on a project as well as the complexity and financial value of the work being undertaken. With most shorter-term grant projects, no advance payment is required, and billing is made in a single lump sum following full completion of a project in order to ensure client satisfaction prior to payment.
